What happens when your clients doesn’t have (or doesn’t use) any kind of project documentation?
This may relate to program/system documentation, system specifications, or even processes and procedures, and could either be a failure of not having a proper quality management system in place, or not having one at all.
As the week draws to a close and the forecast of yet more snow, it’s the end of my first week on a new assignment. There have been several analysis and development tasks, including a deadline to be met by other staff members. Also a document to be read on professional conduct and due diligence, outlining the policies of internet and email use, while touching on external blogs.
